Say hello

Tell us where you’re stuck

No forms. Write to us directly, or book twenty minutes. We read everything ourselves, reply within one working day, and we’ll tell you honestly if we’re not the right fit.

Email us [email protected]

Goes straight to the people who do the work. One working day, usually sooner.

Worth including

None of this is required. It just gets us to something useful faster.

  • What you sell, and who buys it
  • Where growth is stalling, in your words
  • What you have already tried
  • Your website, so we can look before we reply

Before you write

What happens after you send it, who answers, and what the first twenty minutes are actually like.

What happens after I email Sarpea?

A person reads it and replies within one working day, usually sooner. There is no queue, no ticket number and no sequence of automated follow-ups.

Before replying we look at your website, and often at how you currently appear in search and in AI answers. That means the first reply is usually an observation or a question rather than a calendar link.

Why is there no contact form on this page?

Because contact forms fail silently. The visitor sees "thanks", nobody receives anything, and neither side finds out for weeks.

A form on this kind of hosting means either an unreliable send or a third-party dependency, and both break the same way. An email address has none of that failure mode, and you keep a copy of what you sent.

Who will I be speaking to on the first call?

The person who would actually do the work, not a salesperson passing you along afterwards.

Sarpea has no SDR layer and no discovery call before the real call. The twenty minutes you book is the conversation, which is also why it is twenty minutes and not an hour.

What happens on the first call?

You describe where growth is stalling and we say what we would look at first. There is no deck.

Most of the time is spent on your situation rather than on Sarpea. You should leave with at least one thing worth doing whether or not you ever work with us. If that does not happen, the call failed.

What if Sarpea is not the right fit?

We say so on the call, and where we can we point you at who is a better fit.

The common reasons are a product still looking for its market, a budget that would be better spent on the product itself, or a need for a specialist deeper in one channel than a growth partner should pretend to be. Taking that engagement helps nobody.

Will you sign an NDA before we talk?

Yes, and it is a normal request in security and infrastructure. Send yours and we will sign it, or ask and we will send ours.

For a first conversation it is often unnecessary, because we can get a long way on the shape of the problem without roadmap detail. If in doubt, sign first and talk freely.
