Investor Readiness

The story a board buys is not the story a customer buys

Founders pitch the product when investors are underwriting the market, the wedge and the path to repeatable revenue. We build the narrative and the evidence behind it, using the same positioning discipline we use for customers.

  • Narrative plus the numbers underneath it
  • GTM diligence, not just the deck
  • Operators who have scaled in this market

Built for you if

  • You are preparing a raise and the deck keeps growing without getting clearer
  • Investors keep asking the same question and you keep answering it differently
  • Your go-to-market will not survive diligence in its current shape
  • You need the market story and the growth plan to agree with each other

Not for you if

  • Anyone wanting a designer to make an existing deck prettier
  • Companies looking for introductions to investors. We do not broker
“Funda isn’t the kind of consultant who writes a strategy and steps aside. She rolled up her sleeves, executed it alongside us, and carried us upward. Remarkably clear-minded, completely results-driven.”

What you get

Three things you walk away with

01

An investment narrative

Market, wedge, why now and why you, in a sequence that survives a partner meeting rather than only a first call.

02

A pitch deck that argues

Structure, storyline and the evidence for each claim, so every slide earns its place instead of decorating the story.

03

A GTM that stands up to diligence

The growth model, unit economics and pipeline assumptions documented before someone else stress-tests them for you.

What the work covers

  • Investment narrative and positioning for investors
  • Pitch deck structure and storyline
  • Market sizing and competitive framing
  • Go-to-market diligence preparation
  • Metrics, KPIs and reporting readiness
  • Investor FAQ and objection handling
How it works

Three steps, then we are inside your team

  1. 01

    Pressure-test the story

We ask what a sceptical partner will ask, and find out which answers you do not have yet. That list is the actual work.

  2. 02

Build the narrative and the evidence

Story and substantiation together, because a claim without a number is the thing that stalls a process.

  3. 03

    Rehearse it

We run the meeting with you until the answers are consistent no matter who in your team is asked.

What happens on the first call

Twenty minutes. Walk us through your raise in three sentences. Where you hesitate is usually where the narrative is thin, and that is the most useful thing you can learn in twenty minutes.

Is this different from your growth strategy work?

The discipline is the same and the audience is not. Growth strategy positions you for buyers. Investor readiness positions you for people underwriting the market you are going after. Most companies need both, and they have to agree with each other.

Do you introduce us to investors?

No. We are not brokers and we do not take a cut of a round. We make sure that when you get in the room, the story and the evidence hold up.

We already have a deck. Can you just fix it?

Usually the deck is the symptom. If the narrative underneath is unclear, redesigning slides moves the problem rather than solving it. We start with the argument, then the deck follows quickly.

You built a brilliant solution. Let’s take it global.

A quick 20-minute strategy call. No pitch, just a straight conversation about your growth.
